RAPF REPORTS: Police Arrested A 30 Year Old Man For Indecent Assault

A 30 year old man from Sandy Ground was arrested on Friday 13th March, 2015 at 3:15 pm after an investigation of an indecent assault against a minor was reported to the police.

The alleged offender was charged with the indecent assault on Sunday 15th March, 2015. He was taken before the court today Monday 16th March, 2015 and was granted bail in the sum of EC $80,000.00 with one surety, to surrender all travel documents, report to the police Mondays and Fridays between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm and have no contact directly or indirectly with the victim remaining at least one hundred feet away from same and be on curfew from 8:00pm to 6:00am daily. He is due back in court on 9th June, 2015.
