RAPF REPORTS: One Arrested on Default Warrants

On Saturday 7th March, 2015 police arrested a 26 yrs. old male from Little Harbour on a default warrant. The defendant was summoned to appear in court on Friday 6th March, 2015 but failed to do so and as a result the warrant was issued for his arrest.
They defendant appeared before the Magistrate on today’s date Monday 9th March, 2015 where he pled guilty to the two charges he had before the court. On the first charge of driving without due care and attention he was finned EC $2,000.00 for the second leaving the scene of an accident he was charged EC $400.00.
