RAPF REPORTS: CRIMINAL REPORTS – Man Charged for Assault on Police and Criminal Damage

On Wednesday TD of South Hill was arrested and charged by the police with two (2) counts of assault on police, one (1) count of resisting arrest and one (1) criminal damage (one police uniform shirt).

The defendant was taken before the Magistrate on Friday 29th January, 2015 and granted bail with one surety in the sum of EC $45,000.00 to appear back in court on the 7th May, 2015. Conditions of his bail are; to report to Police Headquarters every Monday between the hours of 6am – 6pm, Surrender all passports and or travel documents and to be of good behavior.
