Many persons, involved in farming, have been taking away the sea moss in large quantities for use in their gardens. However, without being cured, and dried, the extremely salt sea moss can severely burn valuable plants if applied directly around their root areas. Otherwise, the sea moss is considered to be a good fertilizer.
