The Anguilla Community College (ACC) held its first consultation with members of the Farrington & Long Path Community. The meeting was held on Sunday November 30th 2014 at the proposed site of the Anguilla Community College in the Long Path. It was supported by a wide cross-section of the community.
The main objectives of the meeting were to:
– Update the community on the progress of the Community College Development Project
– Invite community members to provide input into the Project
– Strengthen the relationship between the ACC and the community
During the discussion numerous questions were asked about possible benefits for the community. Community residents also enquired about the commencement date for construction as well as the proposed completion date for the project. Community members were aware of the current course offerings at the Anguilla Community College but had further questions about future course offerings at the College.
The Anguilla Community College wishes to thank those who attended the consultation and looks forward to follow-up meetings with the community.
