November 26, 2014 – Scott Kircher representing Paradise Holdings, signed an addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Anguilla. The addendum will pave the way for the expansion of Frangipani Beach Resort. Presently, the resort is perched in the middle of the famed Meads Bay Beach and has been a model of success. The 19 room resort has built a stellar reputation for service and attention to detail. This signing will allow the resort to expand to forty (40) rooms with construction beginning within the next three (3) months.
The plan is to acquire the adjacent property (Seychelles) and incorporate that with the existing property. In addition, the developer seeks to add additional rooms to reach the stated density.
“This is an exciting time in Anguilla,” said Mr Kircher, “The hotel now has a tremendous repeat clientele, a wait list and Anguilla is the best possible place to invest and vacation. We look forward to continued growth and play a role in Anguilla’s social and economic development.”
Signing the addendum on behalf of government was the island’s Chief Minister and Minister of Finance and Economic Development, Hon. Hubert Hughes. Mr Hughes expressed his gratitude to the Kircher family for their confidence in Anguilla and pledged to continue working to ensure that Anguilla remain a safe place for investment and the best vacation destination in the Caribbean.
Witnessing the signatures were Mr Patrick Hanley and Mr Alex Richardson.
