We wish to announce the home-going of Mrs Joycelynne R. A. Ashby, wife of the late Pastor William W. Ashby of Bethany Gospel Hall on the Stoney Ground Road. She departed this life on Monday, November 10, 2014.

Left to mourn are:
Daughter: Adele Hennis; special daughter: Patricia Harding Hodge & family; special son: Claude Ashby & family; special children: children of the late Beryl Hennis, Dr & Mrs Brett Hodge & family, Julia Thompson; sisters: Helen Lyder and Grace Pilgrim (Barbados); brother: Torry Pilgrim (Barbados); nephews: Greg & Nigel Pilgrim, Stafford John & family; sisters-in-law: Miss Rita Ashby (Barbados) and Louise Pilgrim)Antigua); niece: Grace Miller and Sylvia Brooks.
Close relative and friends including the Elders and members of the Gospel Hall Assemblies in Anguilla; St Kitts-Nevis; Barbados; Bermuda Atlanta, Georgia and the United Kingdom; Pastor & Mrs Cecil Richardson and members of Central Baptist Church; Pastor Erald Edwards and members of Faith Baptist Church; Mr & Mrs Albert Lake & family; Mrs Lenore Vanterpool & family; Lennox Vanterpool; Mr & mrs Edward Taylor; Allister & Pansy Richardson & family; Nurse Margaret Augustus; Agatha Richardson; Lena Lloyd; Bishop & Mrs Errol Brooks; Rev Menes Hodge; Mr & Mrs Preston Bryan; Stanley & Edith Rogers; Mrs Daphne Jacobs Richardson & family; Mrs Kim Coburne; Mr Nat Hodge; Irene Phillip; Kenneth Hodge & family; Vernon Hodge; Lou Di-Santo in the USA; the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music (UK); teachers and members of the Anguilla Music Association; Directors & staff of Radio Anguilla; past music students; the entire Stoney Ground and Valley communities, and many, many more in Barbados, St Kitts and Anguilla.

Viewing of the late Joycelyne R.A. Ashby will take place at Bethany Gospel Hall on Stoney Ground Road on Friday, November 21 from 6.00 to 8.00 pm and on Saturday, November 22, from 1.00 to 2.55 pm at Central Baptist Church. Tributes will also take place at this time. The Thanksgiving Service for the life of Mrs Ashby will commence at 3.00 pm. Interment will be at the Bethany Gospel Hall Cemetery, The Valley.

Family, close relatives and friends are kindly asked to accept the foregone information.
