The Anguilla Police reported thirteen crimes on the island during the period October 29 to November 5.
Among the offences were six thefts at West End, Little Bay and Blowing Point. Among the stolen items were a boat, weed eater, generator and a sum of money.
There were five burglaries at Roaches Hill, Island Harbour and The Farrington. The stolen items included a flat screen television, an air-condition unit, a radio, beds, dressers, water pump and mechanical tools.
There was one report of a firearm discharge at Island Harbour, as well as a report of arson there.
Eight persons were arrested during the period as follows: Three males for disorderly conduct; two males to prevent a breach of the peace; one male on suspicion of discharging a firearm; one male for driving under the influence of alcohol; and one male for possession of cannabis.
There were three minor traffic accidents.
