LIME Anguilla Supports the Anguilla Cricket Team in the 2014 Leeward islands Cricket Tournament

Anguilla Cricket Team26th October, 2014, The Valley, Anguilla – On Thursday September 25th, Marketing & Communications Manager for LIME Anguilla, Ms. Jade Reymond wished the Anguilla Cricket Association much success on their journey to compete in St. Maarten in their three day match against St Maarten, and the one day match on Sunday 28th September, 2014.
LIME Anguilla is very excited to be a part of this venture with the Anguilla Cricket team, as they continue to make Anguilla proud as they are currently the Champions Leeward Islands Team.
LIME Anguilla will play a crucial role in the local event as the platinum sponsor of the games against St Kitts team to be held on the Ronald Webster Park on October 2nd – 5th 2014, assisting with the all cost related to the operations necessary for the association to have a successful event.
Ms. Reymond stated that working with the association for the upcoming games of such a talented team were an important part of the types of sponsorships that LIME Anguilla wished to associate themselves with as part of their LIME4LIFE initiative.

She further stated that as a market leader in telecommunications in Anguilla, as well as in the Caribbean it was important for LIME to be associated with associations that promote positivity and sportsmanship of its existing and potential customer base. From a sponsorship standpoint she further emphasized that, she was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism that association had given to LIME Anguilla and felt that the contribution to this event was well worth it.
The Anguilla Cricket association expressed their gratitude to LIME Anguilla for their support for this event. They further stated that they was extremely pleased with the overall outcome and very grateful for LIME Anguilla’s support.

Plans are already in the making for upgrading the score board at the Ronald Webster Park to enhance the sport and the grounds, with the hope of expanding the invitation to athletes from neighbouring islands and increasing the level of competition and prestige of the overall event. In light of this LIME Anguilla has already pledged their commitment to the association for more support.
