The family of Sheriffa Hodge of the Farrington are proud to announce on July 14, 2014, daughter of Samuel Hodge and Everlie Connor graduated from the University of Middlesex in the United Kingdom with a Bachelors of Arts (BA) in International Tourism Management with Spanish.
Miss Hodge completed her Secondary education at the Albena Lake Hodge Comprehensive School where she graduated in 2006 with nine (9) CXC’s. She then attended sixth form and gained five (5) CAPE passes. After completing her studies at Albena Lake Hodge Comprehensive School, Miss Hodge worked for two years at the Labour Department and decided to further her education and left Anguilla in 2010.
During her formative years of learning, Sheriffa attended an Erasmus programme where she spent a year abroad in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain where she given the opportunity to study in the Spanish country to develop her Spanish speaking skills.
After attending the University of Middlesex, Sheriffa is highly motivated and passionate about securing a position in the travel and tourism sector. She hopes she can acquire a position where she can bring immediate value to the organisation and develop her current skills while broadening her experience in the tourism industry.
Miss Hodge would like to extend her sincere gratitude to all those who supported her during her studies, especially both her aunts Joycelyn and Sylvia Hodge and other family members. She hopes to use her educational achievements for the benefit of Anguilla before she plans to pursue other opportunities elsewhere.
