ANGUILLA DOMINO TEAM

20140823_214821The Anguilla Domino team returned to the island from participating in the World Council of Domino competition held Barbados from August 14th to the 24th. The team performed well gaining three 3rd place finishes in the eight disciplines that were played, and an overall finish of 4th place behind Barbados, Antigua and Guyana.
Plans have now started for the hosting of the tournament in Antigua in 2016 and Anguilla has submitted a bid to host the 2018 tournament.
The association would like to thank all the persons who assisted in making it possible for the team to participate in the tournament. Special thanks to the Government of Anguilla, Apex Auto Sales and MAICO.
