SUMMER BEACHFRONT DINING AT CAP JULUCA’S SPICE Spice is Twice as Nice this Summer with a New Menu Combining the Best of Pimms and Spice and New Live Entertainment Schedule

Anguilla, BWI – After a busy day of play on Anguilla, guests can first enjoy cocktails and tapas while watching an incomparable sunset, then select from Spice’s creative and authentic summer menu – the best of Spice and Pimms, which will close for the summer season. Beginning June 30, Spice will offer its new seasonal menu throughout the summer, Monday through Sunday. A three-course prix fixe special will be featured each evening, and to complete this relaxing beachfront dining experience, talented Anguillian bands will rotate every night.

The Menu: Spice is the perfect spot for starting the evening with exotic cocktails and tapas at sunset. Savor Appetizers such as: Soft Shell Crab, Heirloom Beet & Goat Cheese Salad and Anguillian Lobster Bisque. Feast on Roasted Anguillian Crayfish, Black Angus Beef Tenderloin, Big Eye Snapper Asian Style or Cous Cous Royale with market vegetables topped with grilled lamb and chicken jus. End a beautiful beachfront evening with Chocolate Soufflé or Pear Belle Helene and other delectable desserts.

An ever-changing three-course special will also be available.

The Music: Anguilla’s best bands will perform from 7:30 to 10 p.m.
Monday – Omalie 360
Wednesday – Omari Banks & 11
Thursday – Springer
Friday – Boss & The Horsepower Band
Saturday – Gershwin Lake & Parables

When: June 30 through August 30, 2014, Nightly, 5:30 to 11 p.m.
