As the spirit of Carnival 40 filled the air at Telecoms house, as Geresa Clarke, Jetris Gumbs, Shelder Lewis and Stedroy Richardson turned up to claim their winnings of EC$400 cash.

We also will have four grand prize winners of EC$4000 every two weeks.”
