DIGICEL & CCC SHOW SUPPORT TO CARNIVAL 40 EVENTS AND CARNIVAL 40 TROUPES Digicel and CCC has invested over $70,000 in Carnival 40 events, troupes, and prizes

July 8th, 2014: The Valley, Anguilla: Last week at the launch of the CCC Carnival 40 Promotion, Digicel showed their appreciation to carnival events and carnival troupes across the islands. This exciting party was launch held on the grounds near the Market Place, on Friday July 4th 2014.

The Digicel and CCC team, joined with all their fans, customers and carnival lovers, to display support to various troupes and organizations in support for Anguilla’s summer festival 40.

Presentation tokens were given to Players HD Troupe, Dungeon Troupe, Fantasy Troupe, Klassique Old Timers Troupe, Lion’s Community Troupe, Island Majorettes Troupe, Ms Tiny Tott Pageant, Pump Yuh Flag , Wet Fete 2 , Exodus HD, My Anguilla Experience , Captain Charlie Booth, and the Anguilla Sports and Youth Foundation Basket Ball Camp.

Digicel was also proud to present “Miss Digicel”, Contestant #2 Melisha Webster who will be competing in the Miss Anguilla Queen Pageant. Ms. Webster was presented a sponsorship cheque, a Sash and a brand new Samsung Galaxy S5 Smartphone!

The support for all these events, organizations and revelers truly shows Digicel’s involvement in the development and empowerment of the youth as entrepreneurs in the Anguillan community.
