Ten serious crimes in Anguilla were reported during the period February 26-March 2.
Among the offences were six thefts at Island Harbour, Blowing Point, Sandy Ground and South Hill. The stolen items included a dingy, a bag of buoys, a bicycle and money. Two burglaries were reported at Sandy Ground and The Quarter. A flat screen television, a wristwatch and shoes were among the stolen items.
There was one case of grievous bodily harm at South Hill reportedly involving two youngsters.
In another matter, the Police are investigating reports of several gunshots in the North Valley area around 11 pm on Saturday, March 1.
Four persons were arrested during the above period as follows: one male to prevent a breach of the peace; two males for theft; and one male for grievous bodily harm.
There were five traffic accidents.
