image001Carter & Associates opened its doors on 2nd January 2014 at the Fairplay Commercial Complex as a full service law firm. The principal, Ms. Tara Carter, is an Anguillian attorney who was trained in Canada, completed her Legal Education Certificate at Hugh Wooding Law School and returned to Anguilla in May 2006. Upon her return, she practiced law at Caribbean Juris Chambers with her mentor, Mr. John Benjamin Q.C.

Ms. Carter is admitted to practice in: Manitoba, Canada; Antigua, St. Kitts, British Virgin Islands and Dominica. She practices in: Property and Development; Corporate/Commercial; Family Practice; Banking; Wills and Estates; and Civil Litigation.
