DSC01622Timothy and Mary Barnard, a couple from Montana, who has been visiting Anguilla for many years and have grown to love the island, but more so they hold a special place in their hearts for the students of Alwyn A. Richardson Primary School. Last year, Tim and Mary donated several pairs of football shoes, socks, footballs and water bottles to the school, to assist with the upcoming football tournament which was held in October.
This year Friday 24th January was no exception to their generosity. The couple presented the school with a variety of teaching and learning supplies. The PTA President, Mr. Clyde Richardson and Principal Mrs. Ornette Edwards-Gumbs accepted these gifts on behalf of the teachers and students.

The principal and staff sincerely thank Timothy and Mary for their outstanding contributions to the school. They also thank all other community and expatriate donors and partners for their assistance and generous contributions, and the integral role they play in meeting the students’ academic and physical needs from time to time.
