Digicel is again making a donation to ACOCI’s Around Anguilla in ‘18’ Holes Fundraising Golf Tournament in the amount of EC$ 13,500.00 as the TITLE Sponsor of the event. The Fundraising Golf Tournament took place on Saturday, December 14, 2013. The proceeds of the tournament will go towards the ACOCI Scholarship Fund to assist financially challenged and deserving students to obtain their Associate Degree in Business or Hospitality at the Anguilla Community College.
Mr. Troy Byrne representing Digicel said, “It’s always an honor to connect with the Anguilla corporate community through education as it gives us the opportunity to network and forge business relationships. I highly commend the Anguilla Chambers of Commerce for hosting this Fundraising Golf tournament because it brings many businesses under one umbrella, not only locally but also from across the region and that keeps the economy wheels turning.”
