The Valley, Anguilla – Digicel Anguilla today finalized what is envisaged to be a long term partnership with Caribbean Gospel Recording Artist Susan Best.
The contract was signed at the Digicel Corporate Office in The Valley by Country Manager John Gidharry.

Susan Best is a Singer, Songwriter, Worship Leader and Producer, who has ministered for many years throughout the Caribbean and internationally, including the U.S. Virgin Islands, the United States and South Africa.

In her early 20’s, she became one of the lead singers in a fresh, up and coming band called Unique Touch, singing the hit title track ‘No Time for Second Best’. She did one more recording with Unique Touch, singing the hit title track ‘Get It Right’ and then struck out on a solo career, which has blossomed into the ministry that God has entrusted her with today.
Cumulatively, Susan Best has recorded eight (8) albums, six (6) of which are solo albums. Her latest recording ‘A Voice…’, was released in August 2013.

The partnership with Digicel provides her with the opportunity to further expand her ministry, which she hopes to take internationally and to include a Foundation focusing on empowering women.

“I am so excited for this opportunity to partner with Digicel Anguilla as I continue to take my passion for God and share it with all the world,” Best said. “I am looking forward to working with Digicel on their initiatives as well, as they continue to provide an enhanced telecommunications service to the people of Anguilla.”

According to Gidharry, this partnership is testament to the fact that Digicel wants to fully integrate into the Anguillian community.
“Digicel is pleased to partner with the Christian community in so many ways and to demonstrate that partnership with Anguilla’s and by extension one of the Caribbean’s leading Gospel Artists, is really very extraordinary,” Gidharry stated.

Digicel will be using Susan Best as one of its sponsored personalities at Digicel functions and in promotional campaigns and in turn, she will use and promote the Company’s products and services.

Susan Best was born in Grenada, raised in the British Virgin Islands and now lives in Anguilla with her husband Curtis Richardson and their son Rian.
