Students ready for School

For the third year in a row, St.Gerard’s Roman Catholic Church opened the school year with a special mass entitled, ” Back to School”. On Sunday, 8th September 2013, students from all levels of education in Anguilla attended in their full uniforms, equipped with the necessary learning tools, recieved a special blessing for the school year 2013/2014. Students in attendance from the St.James Medical School also joined in the bestowment of the blessing.
Father Paul Czoch reminded the congregation to pray for our students at they move on to their different levels of education this year. At the end of the service, uniformed students jumped enthusiastically as they left the grounds of St.Gerard’s Roman Catholic Church to begin the upcoming school year 2013/2014.
