The executive officers of the Anguilla Toastmasters Club successfully completed the first round of club officers training, on 27th July, 2013. All of the executive officers were present. The training ensured that officers clearly understood their roles and responsibilities, and tools needed for the clubs’ success.

The training was held at the La Vue Boutique Inn Conference Room. It was an informative and interactive four hours of training. The training included a presentation on the Club officer’s roles and responsibilities, by the Area Governor for Area 24, Malcolm Jacques ACB/CL. A presentation was also made on the Distinguished Club Program, by District 81 Lieutenant Governor of Education and Training, Valarie Brazier DTM. Also, Distinguish Toastmaster Rolande Tobias, conducted a lecture entitled Moment of Truth.
‘The club officers are now better prepared to properly plan and execute their respective roles and responsibilities as they aim for excellence throughout their term in office’ said the local coordinator of the event, Toastmaster Dilece Connor.
The Anguilla Toastmasters Club meets every second and fourth Saturday of each month from 6:45pm to 8:45pm at La Vue Boutique Inn Conference Room, Back Street, South Hill, Anguilla. An open invitation is extended to all interested persons.
