An online survey was conducted from February 22 through March 22, 2013. The objectives were based on the Firm’s commitment to understanding client perceptions, the impact of their ratings on future business, and to identify strengths, as well as areas to improve. Participants were given the option to enter the drawing to thank them for their time and feedback. The prizes included the choice of dinner or lunch, or to make charitable contributions of equal value in the winner’s name.

Mr. Edwin Harris of Anguilla was the winner of the first prize drawing. He will be enjoying a lovely dinner valued at up to US$250.00 at da’Vida Anguilla Restaurant & Spa.

The second and third prizes were for lunch at da’Vida Bayside Grille or a US$100 donation in the winner’s name to the Anguilla Community Foundation. The second and third prize winners were Ms. Sharon Pardo of St. Onge Steward Johnston & Reens LLC, Stamford, Connecticut, and Mr. Gerald Weiner of Toronto, Canada. Both requested that donations be made on their behalf.

In addition to the survey winners’ contributions, Keithley Lake & Associates presented an additional EC$2,000.00 to the Foundation. The additional sum was accorded as part of the Firm’s “20 Weeks of Increased Community Outreach” initiative in commemoration of its 20th Anniversary (July 6th, 2013). Dr. Bonnie Richardson-Lake of the Anguilla Community Foundation attended the brief awards ceremony at the Firm’s offices in The Valley on Tuesday, June 11, to gratefully accept these contributions.

The survey was designed and conducted for Keithley Lake & Associates by Melinda Goddard, Principal of ClienTell® Consulting, LLC. Participants spanned various sectors, including local and offshore commercial and litigation clients, as well as intellectual property clientele.
