It is an effort to promote public awareness of the services of the MPSS team, which works in conjunction with schools, to raise standards of educational achievement among all students.
The team aims to improve opportunities for individual students to ensure that they perform at their fullest potential – physically, mentally, socially and academically.

Mrs. Jacqueline Connor, Education Officer, MPSS, is the leader of the team whose membership comprises the following specialists: Thea Richardson, Education Psychologist; Cislyn Richardson, Speech Language Pathologist; Iain Bibby, Substance Misuse Counsellor; Natasha Carty and Erica Richardson, Education Welfare Officers; Dana Ruan and Melody Hodge, School Nurses; Catherine Proctor, Reading Recovery Teacher,Leader; and Vivienne Fleming, Carrol Shannon and Chanicia Frederick, Primary School Counsellors.

Members of the public, and other interested persons, are invited to view the display for the month of May – by the MPSS team – at the Teachers’ Resource Centre.
