A number of First Form students at the Albena Lake-Hodge Comprehensive School were placed on the Honours Roll for the first and second terms of the school year.
The recognition of the students was arranged by the Head of Year, Melsadis Fleming. “I wanted to recognise our children for the hard work they have been doing during both terms since they entered the school,” she explained. “I am very proud of them. So far, we had over forty students making the Honours Roll last year and this term over thirty. Some of them did not repeat their performance this time, but it is good to see so many of them still achieving Honours Roll.”
Ms. Fleming stated that the recognition accorded to the students was to enable them to have their Honour Roll achievement listed as part of their school record. “These are students with an average grade of over eighty percent on all thirteen subjects and that is a good achievement,” she added.
