On Sunday April 8, in front of a large and appreciative crowd, the Attackers Football Team convincingly defeated Docs United FC 4 goals to 1.
When the starting whistle was blown by Referee Leroy Bryan, the Attackers announced their intention to take the fight to the Docs United team. Captain of the Attackers team, Ian Sugar George Edwards, led with a hat trick of goals.
The Docs United tried hard to compete with the relentless Attackers but clearly this was the Attackers’ day. When the final whistle was blown the scores were Attackers FC 4 – Docs United FC 0.
For the Attackers Ian Sugar George Edwards scored 3 goals and Kennera Ritchie 1.
The official ceremony was chaired by Colin Johnson and awards were presented by Valentine Banks, Monica Guishard, Trevor Woodley, Hon. Evan McNeil Rogers and Mr. & Mrs. Ralph Johnson.

The Attackers were escorted on the field by football players from the Valley Primary School and Docs United FC by players from the Orelia Kelley Primary School.
At the conclusion of the official ceremony the players were entertained by Infusion Band.
