Anguilla captures the 3-Country Golf Championship Trophy

The Anguilla Golf Association (AGA) hosted teams from St. Martin (Association de Golf – Les Tamarins) and Sint Maarten (Sint Maarten Golf Association – SMGA) in the forth annual 3-Country Golf Championship on the 23th March 2013 at the Cuisinart Golf Club in Anguilla.

Twenty players each from St. Martin, Sint Maarten and Anguilla golf associations tee’d off in the much anticipated event for the coveted 3-Country Trophy. This years event was in the format of a net individual Stableford competition with team Anguilla posting a winning score of 526. French St. Martin and Dutch Sint Maarten teams finished with scores of 524 and 507 respectively. His Excellency the Governor, Mr Alistair Harrison made some brief remarks to the golfers and presented the trophy to the Anguilla team.

Congratulations to the Anguilla Team: Fred Davies (Team Captain), Brett Fetterolf, Gary Charkham, Rick VanHorne, Joseph Shillingford, Peter Young, Larry Stott, Nathalie LeSenechal, Jim Mauck, Courtney Morton, Chad Bourassa, Angela Lampe, Mike Klingler, Glenford Gumbs, John Grey, Paul Koeniger, Jason Chapman, Mike Gallagher, Lester Samuel and Noel Egan.
