“Today marks the 28th Anniversary of NBA providing services to the Anguilla community. Our customers remain key to our maintaining and growing our business,” Mrs. Smith stated. “In providing our financial services to our customers, we ensure that we offer nothing but the best. At the end of the day we recognise that they are our ambassadors.

“In growing that relationship, we try to have a long-term bond with them, and in order to do that comes some form of appreciation on a day like this when we celebrate our 28th Anniversary. This is just one of the ways that we show our appreciation. It is a small token but nonetheless it tells our customers that we appreciate their business.”

Customers were also told about the Bank’s commitment to matters of health. “NBA also collaborated with the Anguilla Cancer Association and this month we adopted colon cancer awareness,” Mrs. Smith said. “Today, as the customers come in to be appreciated, we are also giving them information on colon cancer and how to take care of themselves. That is one of the things that they are leaving with today.

“For the entire month of March, we have a variety of initiatives going on and this is just one of the ways in which we are helping to spread the word about taking care of your colon.”

As the customers were handed brochures on colon cancer awareness, they were also presented with packages of delicacies and refreshments.
