Table Tennis:-
All interested persons are reminded that practice sessions will take place at the J.R.W.P recreation room on Wednesday from 4:30 pm and on Saturdays from 2:00 pm and at Campus B on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 pm.

Athletics:-
Over the weekend, Shara Proctor won the Birmingham Diamond League in England with a season’s best leap of 6.78m. This effort earned her the British athlete of the meet and placed her 7th in the 2013 world indoor ranking. Her next meet will be the European Indoors on March 1.

The annual J.W PROCTOR TRACK CLASSIC is scheduled to take place this weekend on Sunday 24th February at the JRWP, starting at 1:00 pm. However, field events will start on Saturday at 2:00 pm. Athletes from all primary schools and the A.L.H.C.S are expected to participate in over 40 events.

Also the Annual Ashley and Sons road relay is scheduled to take place on March 3rd starting in front of Ashley & Sons supermarket starting at 2:00 pm.

Basketball:-
The high school tournament came to a close on Friday 15th 2013. In the Campus B tournament, yellow defeated purple in the finals. The MVP of the game was Shakeem Lake. Below are the overall results:
1st Yellow
2nd Purple
3rd Pink
4th Maroon
5th Orange
In the Campus A tournament, Yellow again placed first by defeating Maroon house in the finals. The MVP for this game was Eliban Valera.
1st Yellow
2nd Maroon
3rd Purple
4th Pink
5th Orange

The Primary school knockout tournament also began on Friday. This was won by last year’s champions, the Alwyn Allison Primary school.
The junior basketball tournament is still on going at the North Hill Basketball Court. Games are played from the Thursday to the Sunday of each week.

Cricket:-
Yannick Leonard has been called upon to join the Leewards Cricket team in Antigua for the rest of the West Indies cricket tournament. Yannick was initially on the training squad and apparently did not make the final team. However, last week the selectors called him up to join the team.

Elections for the new Executive of the Anguilla Cricket Association took place on Sunday February 17, 2013. The positions are as follows:
President- Ralph Hodge
Vice president- Illidge Richardson
Secretary- Neville Hamilton
Treasurer- Semone Harrigan
Assistant Secretary/ Treasurer- Hubert M Hughes
Public Relations Officer (P.R.O) – Frankie Claxton
Players Representative- Dellon Skellekie.

Windball Cricket:-
A Windball tournament organized by the Golden Arrow Group started on Friday 15th February on the Coronation Park. Seven teams are participating in this tournament. Games begin at 6 pm. Matches will continue this Friday and the finals will take place on Sunday.
