Members of the Benjamine Group of Companies and First Management staff participated in the 2-day “Pledging Excellence with ANGUILLA PRIDE™” seminar for Anguilla financial services firms. The session was held on February 1 and 2, 2013, in their conference facilities at the Hannah Waver House in The Caribbean Commercial Center and was conducted by Ms. Melinda Goddard, principal of ClienTell® Consulting, LLC.

As a key sector accounting for approximately 20% of our economy, the workshop was developed to enhance differentiation of the Anguilla financial services jurisdiction through service quality. ClienTell was invited to provide guidelines and audit tools for responsiveness and client interactions that could be shared across the industry. These guidelines are also encompassed in the framework of standards spanning from Accuracy to Names to Greetings…through to Excellent Endings, as represented by the letters of the ANGUILLA PRIDE acronym.
Upon completion of the seminar, Ms. Cora Benjamin, Accounts Clerk and Acting Manager noted, “…the class gave us the opportunity to once more sharpen our skills and knowledge, as it will be beneficial to Benjamine Company Services…It was interesting, and we look forward to continuing meeting all our clients’ needs… ‘Always under-promise and over-deliver’ should be our motto for happy clients and customers!”
