Among those present at the Police Anniversary Service at St. Augustine’s, East End, were Anguilla’s Revolutionary Leader, Mr. James Ronald Webster and Mrs. Webster.
Mr. Webster has joined in congratulating Commissioner Rudolph Proctor, and all other ranks of the Royal Anguilla Police Force, on their 41st Anniversary and in offering his best wishes, and those of Mrs Webster, to them.
