FIVE ANGUILLIAN CRICKETERS AT FOUR-DAY CAMP

Five members of Anguilla’s national cricket team Anguilla are benefiting from a four-day Leeward Islands training camp in Antigua. They are Lindell Richardson,Yanick Leonard,Momsin Hodge, Jamar Hamilton and Kelbert Walters.

“The idea of the training camp, being attended by twenty-three regional players, is to see who would best represent the Leewards going forward in the West Indies’ four-day tournament,” Anguilla’s Cricket Development Officer, Cardigan Connor, explained.

Meanwhile, Mr. Connor noted, the squad for the first one-day match was already selected. “Lindell Richardson, Momsin Hodge and Jamar Hamilton are all in that squad of thirteen,” he said.
