The Island Harbour Care Centre, based at The Orangery, Island Harbour, was host, as in previous years, to the children of Island Harbour, last Saturday.

The Centre was founded for our children and to ensure the well-being of our youth, and is dedicated to the memory of the late Lambertine Odessa Webster: Lambie as she was affectionately called by many.

The Centre is committed to the sustainable development of the Island Harbour Community, with a particular emphasis on the well-being of our children and our youth. It is recognised as being a leading organisation in the establishment, promotion, and execution of best practices in the empowerment of the Island Harbour community. The Centre welcomes more volunteers to support the expansion and enhancement of everything it has to offer.

The Centre has a Vision for Anguilla, that the people of Anguilla, equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and motivation, and raised by an effective national support system, are participating and excelling in a rapidly changing environment.

The pictures show some of the children enjoying the hospitality at Saturday’s party, where they enjoyed spectacular dancing and singing by the children, a Santa Claus and wonderful food cooked by wonderful volunteers.
