CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa will be presenting a new face to its returning visitors this year, as all guests for the Resort and its restaurants will now arrive via the stunning scenery and magnificent landscaping of the CuisinArt Golf Course. On arrival, guests will notice signage for the wealth of culinary, wellness and shopping experiences on offer at the much loved Resort and visitors, new and old, may be surprised by just how much variety CuisinArt has to offer.
Stephane Zaharia, the Resort’s dynamic General Manager, says that CuisinArt has always welcomed locals and nonresident visitors to the property and hopes to see even more of them this season. “The CuisinArt Golf Resort& Spa culinary experiences have evolved significantly over the last twelve months and we want to encourage everyone to explore what we have to offer. We have unique, authentic and varied dining experiences in beautiful surroundings with stand out service from great local professionals. Each restaurant has a distinct cuisine and atmosphere and we are proud to have something to suit every taste. For the new season my team has introduced select party nights, refreshed our menus and created a nightly musical entertainment schedule for all our guests to enjoy. We have planned another legendary New Year’s Eve with three different options to choose from which outside guests will be able to purchase tickets for, although we will not be allowing non-ticket holders on property this year. ”
Some highlights at the Resort this season include:
Friday nights at Tokyo Bay. CuisinArt’s Japanese restaurant has been called the most exciting new restaurant on island, and on Friday nights the resident DJ plays a mellow mix early evening and gradually builds the atmosphere from relaxed dining to one of a sophisticated party. Tokyo Bay has gathered rave reviews from tourists and locals alike for its authentic Japanese food, great atmosphere and stunning decor. Guests can enjoy Tokyo Bay in many different ways – from nibbling spicy edamame and watching Chef Ken Lin prepare Sushi at the gleaming central bar, to having a family meal “teppanyaki” style or a chilling out with cocktail in the ‘secret’ outdoor bar with friends.
Sam’s Saturday Night Beach Party at the Beach Grill. This weekly party is distinctly Caribbean in feel. Join barefoot guests drinking and dancing on the deck to old and new Caribbean sounds. Enjoy simple, inexpensive grills and barbeque from Anguillian Chef Bolo with a background of tiki torches and the stunning nighttime views of neighbouring St Martin.
Sunday Night Sophistication at Italia. Dine on delicious Italian food under the stars whilst enjoying melodic live music from the talented Asher Brooks duo. Italian Chef Massimo Seletti has created an extensive menu featuring time-honored Italian specialties including home-made pastas, exquisite entrees and inspired desserts. Perfect for large family and friend groups.
Tuesday Night with the Musical Brothers at Le Bistro – The island’s most popular dance band now entertains at CuisinArt’s famous “World Delicacies Buffet” making it a perfect night out. People come for the “Endless Lobster” but the enormous spread also features other world delicacies including antipasti, sushi, hydroponic salads, grilled meats, fresh pasta bar and an amazing table of desserts from the Resort’s Award winning Pastry Chef Pascale Baronnier.
In addition to the above, the Resort offers 3 choices for lunch (Café Med, The Clubhouse Grill and The Beach Grill) and of course, for dinner, mouthwatering classic French dishes and fabulous grilled meat and fish at Le Bistro at Santorini, – Executive Chef Daniel Le Guenan’s signature restaurant and the only AAA Four Diamond restaurant in Anguilla.
Chef Daniel says: “There is a world of cuisine to explore at CuisinArt. We offer culinary experiences you cannot find anywhere else in Anguilla – our Chef’s Table Dining Experience, private dining on the beach and Japanese cooking classes. We offer authentic cuisines from specialty chefs. We use only the finest local seafood and imported products and of course. Underpinning everything we do – are the fresh vegetables and herbs we harvest from our hydroponic farm.”
