The survey gathers information on our customer service through our Facebook page. “Customer Service is very important to our company”, and in order to ensure we provide our customers with the best customer service, one of the initiatives we use is surverys of this kind. It allows our customers, after visiting our store, to share their experience with us thru this medium.
