“We had a lot of challenges, but we accomplished a lot in the past ten months,” General Manager, Stephane Zaharia, told the staff and a number of other persons. He listed the accomplishments as having been the acquisition of the golf course project and club house; the opening of two new restaurants; room renovations; and the employment of 120 additional staff members, bringing the total number of workers to 400.

“That was a challenge. It was very tough on all of us from day one when we took over the golf course,”Mr.Zaharia went on. “This is a work in progress…throughout the years to come. CuisinArt is here to stay…It is going to succeed and continuously do better even though we had a challenging season.

“This cannot be done without all of you, our 400 employees, who we are taking care of and ensuring that you are happy. This evening is yours with a lot of drinking (responsibly), eating and dancing. Enjoy your five-week short break, re-energise, come back and let’s have a wonderful 2012/2013 season.”
