DOLPHIN DISASTER

I understand and appreciate the need to expand and develop the tourism  infrastructure, but why at the expense of innocent highly intelligent mammals? Dolphins should be appreciated and observed in their natural habitat. The thought of capturing these beautiful creatures, and reinstating such a horrific tourism program onAnguilla, is deeply troubling. I am sorry that the government has voted to move in this direction.
