Young Anguillian basket ballers win triangular basketball competition

On Sunday May 27th three Anguillian teams travelled to St. Barths to participate in a triangular tournament tournament.  All three teams, U12, U15 and adults, easily thwarted their competitors to earn a clean sweep of the tournament.

AXA vs St. Maarten       35-31

 

The Sports Department and the Anguilla Basketball Association would like to commend the efforts of the teams and coaches for such an outstanding performance.  It is hoped this enthusiasm can continue for the upcoming basketball camp and during the regular tournament.
