Anguilla is known for its fine beaches, gourmet restaurants and opulent villas.

For most of us, these villas lie behind closed gates, open only to the select few that are lucky enough to holiday there.  But now you can take your own private tour around a selection of Anguilla’s most coveted villas.

Guests will meet at CuisinArt’s Golf clubhouse at 9 am and be taken to 8 villas. The tour includes a snack lunch, courtesy of Geraud’s, as well as a canapé reception at Italia, generously provided by CuisinArt Golf Resort and Spa.

All proceeds from ticket sales go directly to the Anguilla Youth Sailing Club, (AYSC), a non-profit organization that teaches Anguilla’s national sport to children, regardless of their financial status. The club has a strong scholarship programme that gives students the opportunity to attend after-school classes and holiday camps. For the most talented sailors, the AYSC offers the chance to compete for their country in regattas across the region, from Puerto Rico to St Bart’s. And some of the school’s recent graduates are now working as crew on local charter and tour boats and proving themselves valuable assets to the captains of Anguilla’s racing boats such as ‘Sonic’ and ‘Real Deal’.

Tickets cost US$125 per person, which includes a light snack lunch as well as the reception at Italia. As this is always a sell-out event, please guarantee your tickets now by calling Gayle Enzel on (+264) 498 4030, or from the US or Canada (312) 392 0828. Tickets may also be reserved by email: aysc@sailanguilla.com.

Every villa tour ticket also includes a free raffle ticket. Further tickets are on sale for just US$10 and the prize drawing will be made at the event’s reception on March 30. Raffle prizes are:

First Prize: Lynne Bernbaum ¬- ‘Petit Marche Couleur 9’. Framed, limited edition, giclee print on watercolour paper, retail value US $500

Second Prize: Savannah Gallery – hand crafted Haitian metal sculpture, signed, retail value US $295

Third Prize: Viceroy – Earth and Air Ritual, 90 minute hot stone massage, retail value US $295

Fourth Prize: Dolce Vita restaurant – $100 voucher for lunch for two

So come along on March 30 and enjoy beautiful properties, inspiring gardens and stunning views of Anguilla’s coast. Meet friends, get inspired and help the Anguilla Youth Sailing Club broaden the horizons of Anguilla’s youth.
