Minister Welcomes Saleem Home

Mr. Walcott Richardson, Saleem Brooks and his mother, Mrs. Yvonne Richardson

The Valley – Saleem Brooks, resident ofLongBayand employee of Viceroy Anguilla, returned to Anguilla on Tuesday afternoon fromPuerto Ricoafter receiving treatment for wounds sustained during a shooting incident in South Hill in the latter part of 2011.

He was met on the airport by his mother, Ms. Yvonne Richardson,  and Minister of Home Affairs, Hon. Walcott Richardson.

Ms. Richardson thanked everyone for their thoughts and prayers for her son. “We are happy to have Saleem back on island around friends and family” Minister Richardson is quoted as saying.
