John Benjamin Appointed Acting Judge

Acting Judge, Mr. John Benjamin

One ofAnguilla’s most senior and experienced Barristers, Mr. John Benjamin, has been appointed Acting High Court Judge and assigned to the Nevis Circuit of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.

He was appointed by the Judicial and Legal Services Commission inCastries,St. Lucia. The Instrument appointing him was signed by Chief Justice Hugh A. Rawlins. His one-month appointment runs from February 1  to 29.

 

Mr. Benjamin is Chief Executive Officer of his law firm inAnguilla, Caribbean Juris Chambers. He is also an Additional Magistrate on the island.
