The local Artist “Roxxy” who represents the islands ofAnguilla, St.Martin, St.Maarten was featured on Caribbean Entertainment news Tempo on Sunday January 15th 2012. The feature aired 7 times on Sunday and will have a fallow up part 2 interview next week Sunday. Roxxy was interviewed about her new hit song ‘Delete’. She did not talk much about what inspired the song, but said the song is to empower women and let them know that they have a choice. Roxxy has won several crowns in the Jr. Calypso competitions, and now has ventured out to a total new style of songs. A musical video for the single ‘Delete’ is now in production and her PRO manager Vanier Harrigan and team hopes to get this single out to the world.
Vanier Harrigan stated that his gold for Roxxy is to have her represent the young women of theCaribbeanas a role model and has already made connections with several well know artist to sing on her next album. He stated that he is already getting calls for bookings and hope that he can get her out by spring this year.
