Anguilla Golf Association: Results of the “Long Ranger” Tournament

The Anguilla Golf Association (AGA) hosted its first tournament for 2012 with the popular “Lone Ranger” four-person/two best balls Tournament format at Cuisinart Golf Course on 7th January.

 A total of 36 golfers in 9 teams participated in the event which kicked off at 9:15am with beautiful weather conditions.

The winning team for this event were : Team Members Theron Loizos, Phillip Day, Chad Meldrum and Tim Byrne with a score of 135.

 Second place team were: Team Members Courtney Morton, Val Banks, Eustace Guishard and Troy Gumbs with a score of 137.

 Third place team were: Team MembersGlenford Gumbs, Larry Stott, Barry Ashdown and Tommy Astaphan with a score of 143.

The teams spent time socialising in the clubhouse lounge enjoying refreshments following the days play.
