The very exciting finals resulted in the Alwyn Allison Primary School (boys) winning their first ever Primary School Football Championship as they defeated the Adrian T. Hazell Primary in a penalty kickoff after the game ended in a nil – nil overtime result. The overwhelming flow of emotion from the spectators and players rippled through the air as the celebrations commenced. The most valuable player from the Alwyn Allison Primary was Antoine Laurent. The runner up team, Adrian T. Hazell led the entire tournament in an undefeated streak taking them all the way to the finals leading the pack. They captured Best Goalkeeper (Arlan Petty); Best Defender (Amaurick Sharplis); and overall most valuable player which went to Huekhwami Hughes who was also the team MVP. Third place was allotted to Orealia Kelly Primary.

Keeping the celebrations in the western area of the island is the Adrian T. Hazell Primary (girls) who were also victorious in their pursuit of the 2011 title. They defeated the defending Champions, Orealia Kelly Primary in a penalty kickoff after the game ended in a nil-nil overtime. Jahvesha Hodge of the Adrian T. Hazell Primary captured Best Striker; Team MVP and overall MVP in the female category. Aneisha Matthews was named MVP of the Orealia Kelly Primary as well as Best Defender. Third place was allotted to Alwyn Allison Primary.

The following awards were also presented in addition to the aforementioned above. All presentations were made by Ms. Veda Harridan (Education Officer – Primary/Pre-Primary); Ms. Shanique Richardson (Loans Clerk – NBA Ltd) and Ms. Claudette Vanterpool (Verifications Clerk – NBA Ltd). Mrs. Shiren Paul delivered the vote of thanks. Best Midfielder – Shania Smith (Vivien Vanterpool Primary School) and Marley Ipinson (Orealia Kelly Primary School). Best Goalkeeper (Girls) – Shavicia Hendricks (Adrian T. Hazell Primary School) Best Striker (Boys) – Daniel Smith (Vivien Vanterpool Primary School) Individual Team Most Valuable Players were: T.G.O.I. – Nandi Edwards Central Christian – Franchesca Alcantara (girls) and Dionte Edwards (boys) Morris Vanterpool – Jahvonna Hodge (girls) and Antoina Fleming (boys) Vivien Vanterpool – Shania Smith (girls) and Daniel Smith (boys) Orealia Kelly – Carlique Gumbs (boys) Alwyn Allison – Ronique Richardson (girls) Valley – Olisha Laidlow (girls) and Mackel Colins (boys) The most discipline Girls Team was awarded to Morris Vanterpool Primary and in the boy’s category, Central Christian.
