Mr. Froomkin said, “We were very pleased to see the return of representation from Anguilla and to receive Mr. Bell’s commitment to sponsor regular attendance for future sessions.”

“Ongoing emphasis on transparency, business legitimacy, and eliminating corruption are essential to the survival of even small jurisdictions like Anguilla. Based upon the advantage of our size, ANGUILLA-COUNTS encourages education in these matters. As well we sponsor collaborations where Anguilla can be a model for the development and implementation of scalable technologies, governance-risk-compliance systems and procedures.” says Bell.

Mr. Bell also represented Anguilla at the 65th International Fiscal Association Congress in Paris 11-16 September, 2011.
