The third speaker was Arlene Ross, whose topic was “Positive Attitude versus Negative Attitude.” She noted, among other matters, that by choosing a positive attitude, rather than a negative one, persons could change their lives. “Attitude will determine just how much of our own future we are going to see,” she stated. “Our dreams will be sized by our attitude; attitude alone determines how much determination we will have when faced with new challenges. You, alone, are responsible for your attitude.” Monday’s workshop ended with a fashion show on how to dress at the workplace. Another concluding event was a wrap-up session conducted by Deputy Labour Commissioner, Carmencita Davis, who was responsible for organising the workshop along with Donnette Richardson.
